Since May 2013, JÉRÔME CAPRIN is in charge of the kitchen and can express his talent and give Marseille one of its best tables.

For JÉRÔME CAPRIN it's a return to his roots because since 2007 he was at our side with Jérémy BIGOU and it's thanks to this talented tandem that we were recognized by the Michelin guide.

Back among us, strong of his experience, he returns this time to the position of chief in order to fully express his talent.
And he has talent... a perfectly executed cuisine thanks to solid foundations acquired with the greatest in Marseille, a love of the product and a great respect for the customer.
